What are the shipping charges?
International Customers have a choice of shipping options:
Free Delivery: Spend £100 or more and qualify for FREE international sign for delivery worth £8.95. This option will require a signature upon delivery and includes tracking and insurance against loss.
* Please note: this option requires a signature upon delivery, but rest assured, none of our external packaging displays any branding so, if needed, you can have it delivered to your workplace with no-one but you knowing what is contained inside. Please note that customers must ensure that they are available to receive the goods. Your country's postal service undertake to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee. This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery. BeCheeky cannot accept responsibility for any items delivered to the correct address which have been signed for but not received by the addressee.
£8.95 Airsure / Signed For Airmail service: Usually delivered within 5-10 working days, this is our recommended delivery option. It providestracking and insurance against loss or damage and will require a signature upon delivery. This is particularly recommended for deliveries outside of Western Europe.
If we do not believe we can reasonably guarantee delivery to your chosen destination, we will contact you via the email or telephone number you provide us with at the time of your order to see if alternative arrangements can be made.
Can I see the website in my currency?
You can choose whether the prices are displayed in British pounds, USA dollars or Euros, just select the appropriate flag which is located near the top right of every page. Your credit card company will bill you in British pounds. We update our exchange rates every 2 hours, so when your card company process your transaction a day or so later the rates may have varied very slightly.
How do you ship?
We ship using Royal Mail and local postal services, it is generally quick, efficient and reasonably priced. If you would like to use a courier such as DHL, contact us when you order and we will try to cater to your needs. If required, your parcel will be described as clothing for Customs purposes.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will leave the UK within 2 working days. Delivery times will vary depending upon local postal services, but our estimates are, Europe: about 5 working days, rest of the world: about 5 - 10 working days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. To return or exchange items, they must be returned to us within 28 days of the order date and in the original, unworn condition that they were sent, with all tags and labels intact. For reasons of hygiene, hosiery and earrings cannot be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back with us safely.
The security of your credit card information is very important to us, so we’re always pro-active in ensuring it is processed using the highest standards of encryption (currently 256bit for you techies out there) by Secure Trading and LLoydsTSB bank, two of the largest UK companies in their field. BeCheeky is approved by Verisign the global leader in encrypted data transmission and by Safebuy and ISIS who are leading UK organisations in the e-retail sector, lastly we are registered under the UK Data Protection Act.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, we also accept PayPal.
On occasions, or with high value orders, we may sometimes ask you for additional security information before processing and shipping your order, for example we may ask you to fax or email a proof of identity or address. This is a fraud prevention measure and is as much for your security as ours.
Customs
If you live outside the EC we are required to put a Customs certificate on your parcel, it'll describe the goods as clothing. We're sorry to report that we cannot ship chocolates outside the UK; if you order chocolates by mistake we'll credit you for the cost of these goods and ship the remaining balance of your order.
