The site is so easy to navigate, the packaging is absolutely out of this world and the customer service is second to none. Firstly, I just wanted to give you some feedback on your service as a new customer. Delivery time was super quick, followed by a letter explaining everything just before parcel arrived. I was thrilled when opening the parcel having not ticked for special wrapping, as it was so pretty with the coloured paper, ribbon, and little love hearts inside. It was just as I would have wrapped it myself for someone special, and it made me feel extra special too. My wife received the above order today, it said on the enclosed invoice that a free thong was included as we had spent over £25. Having searched the gift wrap and envelope no thong could be found! Hi, the first time I ordered the product I needed it went missing in the post and although it was only sent first class a lady in customer services by the name of Fiona sent me out another one almost immediately that she knew. Not only did I think this was excellent customer service but due to the fact she knew that this product was for my honeymoon in Mauritius she also sent me a complimentary beautiful Sarong which just went above and beyond the call of duty.
