How Long Before I Receive My Order?

We will despatch your order on the Next Working Day. Once your order has been despatched standard delivery times are:

UK Customers:
Standard Delivery (1st Class post): 2-3 working days from order date.

Next Working Day Delivery*: Place your order before midday Monday - Friday and it will arrive with you on the Next Working Day before 2pm. If you place your order after midday we will try our hardest to ship that same afternoon, but it may not leave that day and may take up to 2 working days to arrive. Orders placed before noon on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

* Please note: this option requires a signature upon delivery, but rest assured, none of our external packaging displays any branding so, if needed, you can have it delivered to your workplace with no-one but you knowing what is contained inside. 

EUROPE:
Standard Airmail: within 5 working days from order date

Signed for Airmail*: within 5 working days from order date

* Please note: this option requires a signature upon delivery 

REST OF THE WORLD:
Standard Airmail: between 5 - 10 working days from order date

Signed for Airmail*: between 5 - 10 working days from order date

If for any reason we are out of stock of any items you’ve ordered, a member of our Customer Care Team will immediately contact you and offer you an alternative or a refund.

What Are The Shipping Costs?

To make shopping with us more enjoyable, we aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Our shipping charges by region are:

UK:
Standard First Class Delivery: £2.50 on orders less than £50. FREE for all orders over £50.

Next Working Day Delivery: £5.95 for orders under £150 or FREE for all orders over £150.

EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD:
Standard Airmail: £3 fixed delivery charge on all overseas orders regardless of value.

International Signed for Airmail: £7.50.  Enjoy the extra security of the International Signed for Airmail service and insurance cover incase of loss.

How Will My Order Be Sent?

You can select from the following shipping options during the checkout process:

UK:
Standard Delivery: 1st Class Post. £2.50 on orders less than £50. FREE for all orders over £50.

Next Working Day Delivery*: UK customers can upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery during the checkout process for a minimial £5.95. These orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will need to be signed for upon delivery. You can select an alternative delivery address during the check out and rest assured that their is no branding on our external packaging, so only you will know what's inside!   Place your order before midday Monday - Friday and it will arrive with you on the Next Working Day before 2pm. If you place your order after midday we will try our hardest to ship that same afternoon, but at busy times it may not leave that day and may take up to 2 working days to arrive. Orders placed before noon on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

* Please note this option requires a signature. We ask that customers ensure that they are available to receive the goods. Royal Mail undertake to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee. This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery. BeCheeky.com cannot accept responsiblity for non-delivery if no one is available to sign for the parcel. 

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD** :
Standard Airmail: This option is has a minimal charge of £3 regardless of order value. 

International Signed for Airmail*: Upgrade to this option for £7.50. We recommend this option as your goods will be insured against loss.

* Please note this option requires a signature. We ask that customers ensure that they are available to receive the goods.

** If a customs certificate is required for shipping we mark the goods as "clothing".

COURIER SERVICES:

If you would like your order shipped via a courier service such as UPS, please contact us by email when you place your order. Courier service costs vary and a quote will be produced and emailed to you following your enquiry or request.
