How Will My Order Be Packaged For Shipping?

We ship using the standard postal services in the country of delivery, it is generally quick, efficient and reasonably priced. If you would like to use a courier such as UPS, contact us when you order and we will try to cater to your needs.

Your order will be professionally packaged and sent discreetly in plain outer packaging. Our address will appear on the reverse of the packaging, but our company name and logo will NOT appear on any external packaging, so if it's a gift or being delivered to your work address, we won't spoil the surprise or cause any blushes!

Oversea's shipments may require a Customs certificate, in which case we will describe the contents as 'clothing'.

We offer two gift wrapping services: our Free Standard Gift Wrapping Service and our Luxury Gift Wrapping Service which has a small charge of £3.50. See below for full details.

Standard Gift Wrap Service - FREE

All our lingerie orders are carefully gift wrapped at no extra cost to you. This free service includes premium packaging to protect your purchases until you are ready to open them at your leisure.

Specially wrapped in gorgeous ivory tissue paper and encased within a sumptuous chocolate brown satin bag, your lingerie purchase will be perfectly prepared to enjoy right away, whether you have chosen to indulge yourself, or to present to the lucky recipient of your specially chosen gift, if you have purchased a special something for someone else.

Please note, however, that whilst this applies to the majority of our lingerie items a few products such as corsets or swimwear may not fit in the bags. Where this is the case we will wrap your selection in lovely ivory tissue paper.

Luxury Gift Wrap Service - £3.50

Our Luxury Gift Wrap service provides the optimum in conveying pure luxurious opulence.

Beautifully presented to the highest standard, your gift will be professionally wrapped in lashings of rich chocolate brown tissue paper, before being carefully enclosed within a truly stunning ivory coloured outer gift box, all tied up with a gorgeous, soft as satin, deep chocolate brown ribbon. The recipient of this gift will feel like a million dollars and you can take all the credit!

Complimentary Gift Card Service

Why not take advantage of our complimentary gift card service? Your personal message will be beautifully hand written in fountain pen, on top quality white card and can easily be enclosed with your order.
