You can order from BeCheeky online, by telephone or by post.

Before you call, make a list of the product numbers of the items you want. The product numbers are shown on each product page.
Alternatively, you can add items to the basket in the usual way and then call our freephone order line. On the basket page, the product number is shown in brackets after the product name. Our friendly customer care team are waiting for your call.
Monday to Friday: 8am to 10pm
Saturday: 8am to 4pm
Calls may be recorded for training purposes.
Order by Post
If you prefer, you can order by post and pay by cheque or postal order. Add items to your basket and click to go to the checkout. Follow the instructions and choose to pay by cheque or postal order. At the end of the process, you will be given an order number. Write the order number on the back of your cheque or on a piece of paper with your name and address and send it to us. You will be given a freepost address to send your payment to.

Paying For Your BeCheeky Order
You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card, PayPal, cheque or postal order. When you checkout, choose your preferred payment method and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Your name, address and details are kept secure at all times.Your details will not be added to a mailing list unless you request it. We never share your details with any other companies.
Free Delivery
Orders placed before 4pm are despatched the same day (apart from Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Saver Delivery is on everything and normally takes 3 working days.
First Class is £2.95 or Free if you're spending £30 or more. First class normally arrives within 2 days or sooner.
You can also choose Next Day Delivery (£4.95 or Free if you spend £50 or more) and choose to receive your order on a specific day.
Free Returns
Our free 30 day returns policy means that you can shop at BeCheeky in confidence.If you're unsure about size, style or colour, order as many items as you like and you can send them back to us for free.
Make sure if you're trying underwear on to keep a thong on underneath, and save our Returns Department having to wear rubber gloves!
Returned underwear does not get restocked, but goes to material recycling.
