We hope that you're happy with your purchases, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items you can do so as long as they are in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. For reasons of hygiene, earrings and hosiery items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. UK customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days (28 days for overseas customers). Please note: we do not refund postage and packing costs unless we have made a mistake. Return postage for UK customers is FREE - simply use the FREEPOST address listed below. Please fill out the returns form on the back of your invoice or in your return parcel including the following details.
We have extended our returns deadline for Valentines until the end of February. Please ensure all items meet our usual returns requirements.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE RETURNS FORM WITH YOUR ITEMS.

Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. too big, too small, etc.
We offer a UK freepost returns address which is generally adequate for returning one or two items. However, for your security we highly recommend using recorded or registered post to return items to us, particularly for high value items. Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely.
Once your return has been received by us, it may take up to 2 weeks to process your refund or exchange claim, or longer at peak trading times. You will be emailed once your refund has been processed and it may take up to 3 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s transfer time frames. We can only credit the card that was used to make the original purchase.
